Most lost revenue was never
a rejection.
It was a message nobody answered on a busy afternoon. Lead Recovery turns enquiries into structured records with a named owner, a next action and a follow-up that does not depend on somebody remembering.

Assign.
Follow up.
The problem
The enquiry arrived. Then it stopped.
An enquiry comes in while the person who handles it is with a customer. It is seen, mentally noted, and buried by the next hour. Two days later it is awkward to answer, so it is not answered.
This is not a failure of care. It is what happens when enquiries live in channels that do not produce records, and follow-up depends on individual memory during a busy day.
How it works
Five stages, and the fifth is the one that matters.
The outcome has to be recorded, or the system produces activity rather than evidence.
Capture
An enquiry arriving through a channel you already use is recorded as a structured item: who, what they want, where it came from, when it arrived.
Validate
Obvious duplicates and incomplete submissions are caught before they enter a queue, so the team is not triaging noise.
Assign
A named person owns it, with a next action and a date. Not a shared inbox. Not "someone should reply".
Follow up
If the first attempt goes unanswered, the system raises it again within agreed limits. This is a reminder to your team, not automated messaging to the customer unless that is separately scoped and permitted.
Close the loop
The outcome is recorded: answered, quoted, booked, declined, unreachable. Without that, nobody can tell whether the system is working.
Where it fits
Businesses that live on enquiries.
Clinics and practices. Home and trade services. Property. Venues and hospitality. Professional firms. Any business where an enquiry that waits becomes an enquiry that goes elsewhere.
It fits worst where there is no one to receive a handoff, or where the real problem is that nobody is available to answer at all. A routing system does not create capacity. It makes the capacity you have visible.
Boundaries
What it is not.
- It is not a CRM replacement. If you already run a CRM, the system feeds it. If you do not, this is not a reason to buy an enterprise one.
- It is not bulk messaging. Automated outbound to customers depends on channel permissions, platform rules and the consent you hold. Those are agreed, not assumed.
- It is not a revenue guarantee. A recovered conversation is a conversation, not a sale.
- It is not a WhatsApp feature. WhatsApp may be one channel among calls, forms, email and social messages, depending on what the platform permits for your account.
Integrations are agreed per deployment, and depend on what your channel accounts and software actually permit. We establish those limits before proposing a build.

Bring one week of enquiries and we will walk the journey from arrival to outcome. The gaps are usually visible within the hour.
