Free operations audit
Find where the work stalls.
Decide what to change.
An initial review of the workflows that matter most to your business. We identify priority problems, examine the evidence and recommend practical changes. You receive a written report, free and yours to keep.
Scope and turnaround confirmed before we start. No obligation to commission a build.
Start with agreed priorities.
Make the assumptions visible.
Keep the report, whatever you decide.
The deliverable
A written report.
A clearer next step.
The review should help you decide where to put your attention before you spend on a system. Recommendations can include a process change, better use of existing tools or further investigation.
Yours to keep
Findings you can use.
- Priority problemsWhere the agreed workflows stall, repeat work or lose value, with the most important issues identified.
- Evidence and impactObservations from the review and impact estimates where the evidence allows. Inputs, assumptions and uncertainties made explicit.
- Practical recommendationsWhat to change, what to check next and whether a digital system is warranted.
This is an initial review of agreed priorities, not an exhaustive assessment of your entire operation.
Where we can look
Your priorities set the scope.
These are possible areas for review. We choose the relevant workflows with you rather than treating every area as part of the free audit.
- Repeated administration
- Copying records between tools, preparing the same documents or chasing routine updates.
- Handoffs and follow-up
- Requests without an owner, quotes waiting for a decision or work stalled between teams.
- Reporting and visibility
- Information gathered by hand, inconsistent records or reports that arrive after a decision is needed.
- Customer response
- Enquiries, scheduling and service requests, when these are the priorities we agree to review.
How it works
Agree the boundaries.
Then examine the work.
We agree access and permission for any channel testing before the review begins.
- Agree the scope
- Tell us where work slows down. Together we choose the priority workflows and confirm scope, turnaround, access and any testing permissions before starting.
- Review the work
- We walk through the agreed workflows with you and examine relevant records. We separate what the evidence shows from what still needs checking.
- Receive the findings
- You receive a written report with priorities and practical recommendations. You can act on it yourself, share it with another provider or discuss a build with us.
Before we begin
Practical questions.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. The initial review of agreed priority workflows is free, with a written report you keep and no obligation to commission further work. It is not an exhaustive review of the whole business. Any additional work is scoped and agreed separately.
How long does it take?
We confirm turnaround before the review begins, based on the agreed scope and the information available. There is no fixed turnaround for every business.
What access do you need?
We start with a walkthrough of the priority workflow and relevant records where available. We agree the access needed before starting. Any testing of customer-facing channels requires your permission and an agreed testing scope.
Will every problem have a financial estimate?
No. Where the evidence supports it, we estimate the impact on time, money, customers or capacity. We state the inputs and assumptions, distinguish estimates from observations and flag gaps in the evidence. Estimates are not guaranteed savings or revenue.
Does the review always start with enquiries?
No. We begin with the priority workflows agreed with you. The main problem may be reporting, internal handoffs or repetitive administration rather than customer enquiries.
What if we do not need AI or new software?
We say so. A clearer process, a change to an existing tool or a straightforward integration may be enough. If a build is justified, we can propose a separate scope. You keep the report either way.
The next step
Tell us where
work gets stuck.
Describe the problem and the tools involved. We will confirm what the free initial review can cover.
